BMW 540i Gas Problem
Car runs go but at low speed its like surge have to give it gas and its good. It's like transmissions is rumbling

I would need to view the complete history of the car to render a proper diagnosis, but I would ask if the PCV plate has been changed yet. At that age and mileage, it is a likely candidate. Also the throttle body housing profile gasket.
