No interior lights

Bought my a4 about 3mths ago and none of my interior lights are working I replaced the bulbs and checked the fuses but nothing. Brought it to an auto electrician and he cant help me either

Your saying u checked it and no power. Is their power at the fuse?Do they come on when u turn the headlight switch to turn them on?If the fuse has voltage but they dont come on when u open any of the doors. You will need to remove the headlight and test the voltage is at the wire. When u turn the knob to turn them on.

I need to know if you turn the inside lights on with the knob on the headlight switch do they work?

Yes the headlights come on when I turn the knob. The lights in the roof and the back dont work so I dont have any lights working inside the car

THE INSIDE LIGHTS CAN BE OPERATED FROM THE HEADLIGHT SWITCH. DOES IT
