Ok, now it won't turn over. Do the lights and other accesories work? Check the connections at the battery, make sure nothing is lose.

The radio comes on the headlights come on but the interior lights dont come on and the power window controls dont work

You have at least two fuse boxes on that car, maybe three. Start pulling and checking each one. If you have the fuse cover, you might be able to get a hint of which one it may be, but it's likely that you just have to pull each one with that combination of issues. Fuses shouldn't blow, so there is something wrong, but once you find out which one it is, we should be able to figure out the problem.
