Coolant leaking, Identified the source just need the name of the part

My engine coolant is leaking from the part in the red circle in the picture.
It will empty out in about 5 minutes, sometimes faster if the engine is hot.
I need help with identfying the part so I can replace it.
I have tried looking online for the part but can not find it.
The left side of the picture goes to the cabin of the car and the right goes to the engine.
I'm not sure if the thing in the red circle is a joint or a connector, but that is where it leaks. There is two hoses that go into the cabin of the car and the one leaking, in the red circle, is the right passenger side one. The other one is next to it, hidden in the picture.

I FOUND THIS PIC HERE

http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php

A "COOLANT HOSE FLANGE"

ZAT SORTA LOOK LIKE WHAT YOU HAVE?

YOUR "ONE VIEW" SORTA MAKES IT HARD TO TELL

THEY SHOW 3 ITEMS, DIFFERENT MANUFACTURERS, RANGING FROM $2.38-$12.24

SHOULD YOU JUMP ON THIS, YOU MIGHT CONTACT THEM TO SEE IF NEW "O-RINGS" OR OTHER TYPES OF GASKETS ARE NEEDED TO SWAP 'EM OUT

KEEP US POSTED

The heater core adapter flanges can be replaced.... they are plastic
fittings that attach to the coolant hoses.

The plastic fittings have a clip that catches and attaches the fittings
to the heater core.

You can sometimes get lucky and replace the o-ring that is inside
the flanges... but it is best to replace the flanges.

I'll look for a parts diagram and will post it.
