Volkswagen Golf Exhaust Problem
It has like an oil substance in my exhaust pipe but it isnt like the normal soot. Also the exhaust system has been decatted thanks :)

Unless the exhaust is smoking blue / white... this is normal carbon that mixes with water vapor.
If the exhaust is blue / white then it could be burning oil.
Does the exhaust smell oily when the engine is running?
Can you take a picture of the tail pipe (close up) and post the picture here?
2.0L engine? If you are not using synthetic engine oil, switching to synthetic can reduce oil burning!!
