Vauxhall Corsa Rpm Problem
Won't idle.revs when stationary between 2 and 3000rpm. Icv seems to b working ok.cud it b egr ?

idle control valve controls idle only. if it was working, it would idle.
if the egr was stuck open, it would not idle and would run terrible
