how to realign camshaft and crankshaft of 2000 toyota solara that jump timing

The water pump hook inside the housing, when the car was started, the water pump was changed with new timing belt, after coupling back all the component the car crank but no start am suspecting that the timing belt as jump the theeth of the sptocket when the car was start, because the timing belt is not looking good it weak.

Replied on April 13, 2012

-Put the engine no.1 piston on its compression stroke/TDC and align the cam and crank sprocket as indicated in the repair manual then reposition the timing belt
