Bad hesitation and p0171

I have a 00 toyota corolla with p0171...1. i ckecked short long fuel trim and they were high...found no vacuum leaks so i installed a maf9 (i have tried 4 sensors from different stores thinking i may have got a bad part)...still no fix and then i replaced a 02sensor and no fix...i cleared codes each time and reset pcm but code keeps apearing p0171. also when taking off from a stop there is a really bad hesitation...so bad if fact it is dangerous to drive with possibility of someone hitting the car. any help would be great. I also checked injectors even tried new ones and also fuel pump.

Did you test the fuel pressure and engine compression?
Have you checked the valve clearances?
