The car wont start when I turn the key into the ignition. Im not sure if its a dead battery but it makes a click noise when I have the door open. It looks like the noise is coming from the relay box.

Usually click on key turn is the battery or cables. Use a voltmeter to. Check battery voltage. You want 12volts.

This could be either a short circuit, or the battery is so low the modules are acting up with the jump. Did you use the voltmeter to check battery voltage? If it's under 10 volts, recharge the battery to full charge and try again, will it crank with the jump? Or still just click?
