What is wrong with the fans?

How do I do that. They are not working at all

Start engine and turn A/C on. If the A/C compressor engages, the fan should come on. If they do not come on, turn engine off.
Disconnect the fan motor wire harness. Use a fused wire, apply battery voltage to one of the fan motor temminals and ground the other terminal. Fan is bad if it does not run.
