Guy crossed battery cables on his car while trying to give me a jump.
Bought new battery. Car still will not start. The car turns over but will not start. There is power to the car. Where do we begin to figure out what is wrong.

Check the fuses under the hood and inside the car. A very large one bolted in under the hood should have prevented damage to the generator. Computer modules have diodes in their circuitry to cause fuses to blow and save those computers. Sometimes they still can be damaged.
