The reason why I ask is that it lit up before when the engine has over revved and I then turned the car off for a while and it turned off, but know its turned on and I had the car turned off for3 weeks and I kicked it back over and the warning light is still on. This is in the gt model by the way

Usually, there is no lamp for diff oil. Describe the icon a bit in detail, or submit a picture. Do you perhaps have an owners manual that would illustrate the warnings?

The owners manual I have is not for the GT model, but the standard. Its kind of oval in shape with what looks like a cap on rop and the front

Is there a GT model in the forester line? I only see a GT Impreza.

Also, I don't know if this is a typo, but what is a 'cap on rop and the front'?
