Power locks

The power lock on the passenger side will not unlock the door but it will lock the door. I can hear it trying to unlock the door but it is not able to. Does anybody know what I can do to fix it?

Check the relay under hood and fuse that powers it one or both could be bad. Then if still not fixing it have a mechanic scan for codes as it may be a body module problem. See picture. Link not available on how to check relay.
