Why does the gas pump shut off before my tank is full?
When filling with gas at various gas stations lately, the fuel pumps shut off shortly after I start filling the tank. I must run the pump very slowly to continue filling and it shuts off several times before full.

Just to add to this one see if you have any codes in the computer.Also look and see if the gas tank looks sucked up when the vents get clogged or become inop the plastic gas tanks get sucked up on those cars.Let me know what you find.
