You need to have the wheel alignment, suspension, and transaxles checked out

Just to add to this one is it while just driving down the road?Or only while pressing the gas pedal?If it's just will driving i would start with the basic's like wheel balance bad tires etc.

I have changed tires and did wheel alignment and balancing and even changed tierod but keeps vibrating when pressing the gas pedal at around 40mph. Have no clue what to do next.

I had a Ls customer the same year car and when you hit the gas doing about 40mph would shake so bad you see the dash move.It turned out to be a bad axle.I have seen a couple of LS cars with axles causing the car to vibrate.
