Rateling noise on front passenger side while going over large or small bumps on road (even snow) no noise on smooth roads. Doesnt seem to lessen or worsen while turning or braking. Does seem to lessen when outside temps are above zero (tho I may be imagining it) no noise while going over speed bumps in parking lots.

Also, it had body bushings done for safety check when I bought it, Dec 5, 2011. Could the bolts just need to be tightened?

Jacked it up and theres no play in the wheel in any direction, hub/bearing and tie rods seem fine, theres is however a slight knock/click sound when the vehicle is on the ground and im "bouncing" the front fender, ya hear it on the down push but it goes back up just fine with no noise.

That si normally the plate for the strut that wears and makes that noise. It won't hurt anything just make noise ifyou can put up with it. But you should still have apro check it to make sure that is the only problem.
