My 2000 pontiac firebird is bogging or stuttering when I got to take off from a light it also is stalling out, if I rev the engine and hold it at 3700 rpms it stutters like its not getting proper fuel or something?

Check your fuel pressure it should be around 55 psi. Clean the throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner. Do that with the engine off. Clean the oblong hole by the plate with cleaner as well. If your pressure is low you might need a fuel pump.

Check fuel pressure and fuel filter for a blockade, also a scan will show up any engine management problems, make sure plugs, leads and coil are OK as well.
