2000 Plymouth Neon Repair Question

2000 plymouth neon 2.0 -car starts and stalls after a few seconds then starter wont engage after the car stalls unless you let the car sit for awhile or disconnect the battery for a minute check starter fuel pump and all fuses and relays
Cars will only run for a second and stalls then when u go to start it agin the starter wont engage and the start is good all the fuses are good and the coil plugs and wires are all new any ideas?
