I trave just 3km in trafic and temp nedle goes to 95 and when i turn engine off.and only on ignition key radiator fan starts and temp increase to 100.wt shal i do
Radiator fan start when engine of after 3km when i on ignition key and temp nedle goes frm 95 to 100.shal i wait til fan stops r switch of key.to stop fan

engine normally heats up before cooling off. how long does it take for the fans to turn off??

from your description, i would just change it out and flush the system
