when i start the car smoke comes from engine

after starting car smoke come after 2 minutes under bonnet and also smells in cabin.but when i on ac it goes.please help.thanks

Any abnormal noise from the belts? Is any belt not spinning as fast as other?

heck for bad idler or any component linked to the belts for seizure.
