2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette Replaced Pk3 Dealer New Battery Tried Start Van

Replaced pk3(from dealer),new battery then tried to start the van but there are no lights, horn. Acts as if the battery has no charge and is new and was checked before placing it into the van. Never had an owners manual. In dire need of help!!

here is a schematic for most gm vehicles. check fuses under hood and may be starter relay, also check fusible link to alternator on starter. one other thing try resetting your anti theft. instructions attached
