On a 2000 nissan sentra with a 1.8 head gasket was changed and now its blowing white smoke out of tail pipe what could be causing it?

Who did the head work, this is still burning coolant.

If you had just started the engine, let it run for at least 20 minutes to let whatever oil or moisture in exhaust system to clear.
If it does not clear and the coolant level is depleting, mhpautos is right about the engine burning coolant.
