Nissan Maxima Heater Problem
Driver heated seat does not heat up. I have checked connections and fuses? if i have to replace heater. can i do that or do i need a whole new seat from junk yard? Also is it okay to let car warm up since it sits outside and just had a snow storm? how long to let warm up 20 to 30 min?

5 minutes of warming up should be sufficient.
If you can get the replacement part, the seat heater can be replaced.
