Blowing cold air when the heat is on, plus leaking radiator fluid at the top of the radiator, could it be that the thermosat is bad or stuck

Is the engine warming up to a normal operating temp? Are both heater core hoses hot? Have you checked the blend air door? As far as the coolant on the top of the radiator, that isn't from the thermostat. Check to see if there are any leaks or if the rad cap is leaking.
