hey guys, i changed out my 02 sensor last month after getting the "o2 sensor upstream" engine code, what would cause the engine light to return with the same code after a few weeks. i ve considered vacuum leaks but is there anything further after that? Thanks

What is the code you are getting?
Is the sensor OEM?

P0420 - 3 way Catalyst malfunction.
The catalytic converter seems to be faulty.

This is not an O2 sensor fault and when the MIL comes on, it does not necessarily mean a component in the circuit is faulty. It could be wiring or control fault.
