2000 Sable 24V Loss of power

My sable with 103000 miles will refuse to accelerate (seems to bog down) going up a fairly steep hill after a right turn. This is intermittent, not every time. Computer shows no codes, repairs so far: new fuel pump, new plugs, coils and computer. New fuel filter. Transmission fully checked, fuel pressure checked, MAF cleaned, new air filter, Throttle body cleaned. Otherwise the car runs fine, except for a slight surging while on cruise control around 70. Seems to have a little less power than when newer, but that is only perception, no hard evidence. Mileage has always been in the 20 to 22 range mostly hiway driving. My mechanic is stumped

When this happens does the car ever stall? Right off the bat, to me this sounds like a fuel problem, How old is the pump? The pumps on this sable are controlled by a module called a fuel pump driver module, these can fail intermittently but usaully always set a p0191 code for low pressure, your sure there were no codes? Has your mechanic checked pressure while problem occuring? Or cant he get the car to act up?

The pump was replaced two weeks ago. Fuel pressure is within normal specs. I have an OBD2 scanner, checked it after the last occurrence and no code. My mechanic cannot duplicate the problem, it only seems to occur in two locations, both going up a hill after a hard right turn. When the problem happens, the car doesn't stall, but won't accelerate. If you let off the throttle and ease back into it very gently, the car will accelerate then.

Today, I used a scanner to monitor the car while driving. When the problem happened, all parameters were completely normal. Fuel pressure varies little, avarything looks just fine, no codes. Also, no acceleration.
