Car will start up totally fine and everything works for about 30 minutes.
After that time when it is warmed up things start looking power.
First all light on and in the vehicle dim. Then the radio cuts out as well as the blower motor for the air.
Then at that point the rpms drop to about 400 to 500 rpm for a second or 2. Then the rpms shoot back up to normal range for a second or 2. It will do this for about a few minutes. Then the gauges shut off completely on the dash. It will continue have problems until the car shuts off a few minutes later.
The car will not start back up or turn on untill battery is charged. I have all ready replaced the battery. I also replaced the alternator. The problems started after the original alternator was replaced.

Sounds like it's not charging. You need to have the charging system checked.

What all can go bad in the charging system. I don't have a way to get the car to a shop. Battery and alternator are brand new

It could easily be fuses, fusible link or any related wiring. It needs to be tested in the car.
