What type of repairs can I expect to make on a S430 Benz with this much miles?

you will be looking at major repairs shortly. since it is a benz, it will be extremely costly. hope you are ready for the money end.
engine, trans, brakes, steering computer issues are just some of the high maintenance systems

Won't the transmission and engine hold to be strong since it is a benz and made with better quality metals than the American made vehicles if it were maintained properly through the 172800 miles?
