2000 lincoln ls battery was completely dead. After 5 hours of charging I tried to start and got nothing. I had lots of power. Anything I am missing.

If the starter is turning the engine, then you need to check for spark and fuel to the engine. IF the starter isn't working, have the starter itself checked to make sure it is good.
