2000 Lincoln Ls Car Running Out Gas Yard Cut Off Drove Other Get Gas After

My car was running out of gas in the yard so I cut it off and drove my other car to go get some gas. After putting gas in the car it wouldn't start. I put about 5 or 6 gallons in it and still nothing. I changed both of the fuel pumps and checked all the fuses and relays but couldn't find nothing. The REM on the passenger side wall in the trunk I tried 2 of them from 2 used ls's but still nothing. I am clueless of what to do next. What could be stopping my car from starting.
