The lights pulse and the electronic do not work well in the cold
I have changed the alternator, a/c pump. This problem has been going on since we bought it last year. The rate of the pulse does not change with RPM. I am thinking it is a bad ground or something. I was hoping it is a common enough problem that someone could point me in a solid direction.

check the alt-sfuse on left side of engine compartment and clean the ground on the battery. also make sure the ground going to engine and body from battery are clean. then follow the headlight harness and clean the ground for that aswell. make sure they are tight with no grease or corrosion on them. and don't spray that stuff from a can on it as it makes it get a bad connection. same thing with the battery.
