2000 Kia Sephia Repair Question

Kia Sephia Wheel Problem
Can start car and engage gears but car cannot move property. seems to have one of back wheel that is locked for some reasons. What is wrong?

If the rear wheel is locked, it is most likely due to brakes sticking and you would need to remoe the wheel to find out what is wrong. Lift up rear end of vehicle and with handbrakes off and transmission in neutral, try turning the wheels.
