2000 Kia Sephia Headlights On Went Out Positive Cable Wires Touched Plastic Car

The headlights on my kia went out then the positive cable wires touched some plastic and the car started smokeing and it shut down, now the oil light stays on even if the car is off. The car trys to start its like its not getting enough power. Ive changed both battery clamps and taped up the wires. Ive even checked all the fuses i dont know what else it could be. Please help

They may be fusible links blown, or you have damaged the ECU and this is causing your problems, it really needs to be checked first hand by a qualified tech, as there are to may possibilities here, and the system should be checked over systematically.
