THE ENGINE WONT START. WHEN I TURN IT ON IT TRYS TO TURN OVER MAYBE ONCE OR TWICE BUT THAN JUST WHINES. WHAT COULD THE PROBLEM BE?

2000 Jeep Wrangler • 115,000 miles

One night it was just working perfectly fine and than the next morning it was really cold and it wont start ever since. I went and got gas line antifreeze to make sure the fuel lines werent frozen, and some starter spray to try to help it go and it still wont work.
