Pull handle--Breaker Bar (whatever you prefer to call it) or a big ratchet handle----You will need a socket that will fit the bolt head in the center of the pulley, in his 1st pic

Kinda hard to tell the size from here --I have a 32" monitor, it looks really big on my screen.

Your screen may be smaller, it could be a smaller bolt.

I suggest trial and error, with several sockets, to find the correct size.
