my isuzu shakes when i come to a stop or go well in drive

My isuzu a. V6 4wheel it shakes when I stop or go well it in drive but when I put it in park it stopes shaking and when it shakes u can tell that my 4low and 4high shift gear shakes when that happens but no check engine light but iam alittle worried something dosent feel right
