2000 hyundai starex gasoline engine is not staple when car is stopped

My 2000 hyundai starex gasoline engine is not staple when it is stopped , that happened after an electric shock , when i start the engine the salanse is not straight and keeps changing up and down , some says it is a sensor problem but i dont know how to be sure .
by the way , when i drive it it seems normal , the problem apperars when i take my foot off gasoline .

i meant the sound of the engine is normal ( up and down ).

is CEL dash light on? can you get codes read to see if sensor is bad? have you checked for vacuum leaks? what was electric "shock"?
