Radiator fan making noise

Getting a brushing noise from santro's radiator fan. When I use the cars AC or when the cars negotiates a pothhole. Pls help. Mechanic advised to change the radiator kit.

What has the radiator got to do with the fan brushing against it?

The fan motor cold be bad resulting in excessive clearance and allowing the fan blades to move forward ro brush against the radiator.

Sorry I don't know about the cost as it varies region to region and if the radiator is not faulty, it need not be replaced. You need to have the fan motor looked at.
