How would I know if my cambelt and water pump have been changed?

I have been informed that it has been changed at 98k kms, but no proof to suggest, any way of checking? Thanks!

Ask for a receipt. Other than that there is no way to really know if it was done or not or when.

For peace of mind, remove the upper timing cover to check the belt condition. If it still looks fresh, then you know you can still drive it for some time to come.

As to the water pump, there is nothing you need to worry about unless you have any coolant losses issues.

It is very difficult for even an experienced tech to tell how much life a serp belt has left by looking at it in the car. If you are unsure, replace it.
