Immobilizer stopped working. Mechanic found car battery to be flat, so changed it. Car now starts but immobilizer will still not unlock doors, radio does not work and message on radio says 'CODE'.

For the radio, you need to input the radio code which should be found on a card attached to the owner's manual. If you have lost that, you would need to call Honda with the radio serial numbers and proof of ownership of the vehicle.

It is not the immobilizer. It is the security/alarm system. You need to check the fob battery.
