2000 GMC Sierra Repair Question

My truck is hard to start after sitting for a day and it runs rough after given gas until it warms up then it is fine.
I had it smogged and cleaned the throttle body and mav sensor and had it tuned up with rotor plugs wires from oreillys. No codes are showing up so everyone is guessing. What else would it be? It stalled out when driving when it is cold and chugs like it is getting no gas.

have the fuel pressure tested for proper pressure. it sounds from your description that it is failing. look for 58 lbs or better.
