GMC Safari Smoke Problem
Wather is droping from my exhaust pipe,--not only a smoke

If that's all the detail and information you can provide, I'd have to say it's normal. Water is one of the byproducts of the catalytic converter(s) doing its job. There's often a drain hole at the rear of the muffler to let that water out but most commonly it drips from the tail pipe. White smoke from the tail pipe is not normal and is a sign of burning coolant from a leaking head gasket.
