Replaced fuel pump ran for a few days and shut down. Good spark, good fuel pressure. Will start if fuel is introduced directly

If the security light is flashing then thats why it wont start the computer disabled the fuel injector pluse. You need to get codes to get a starting point.

Codes that would be in the computer there trouble codes that tell you there is a problem with a certain circuit part etc. Thats a starting point for diagnoses. You would hook up a scan tool to your vechile that would read codes. You can try a basic scan tool but you might have to use a more advanced one to read body control module codes.

If it is a problem with a passkey then you should be able to recode the key by putting the key to the on position for 10 minutes then turn the key to off, repeat this for a total of three times (30 minutes) and the car should start if this is the problem. Also did you check to see if the fuel pressure holds constant this will check the pressure regulator. Check the fuel injection with a noid light to see if the injectors are firing also check the crankshaft position sensor.
