Hello,

I have a problem with my Ford Windstar. I went to start it the other day in my garage and when I turn the key, the engine cranks but does not turn over. The dash lights go on and off repeatedly as well as the flashers(emergency lights) and Headlights. This goes for about 20 sec after i take the key out of the ignition. Could it be the theft deterrant system? Starter? Fuel Pump? Please advise. I have heard about getting keys reprogrammed or the ignition changed out. What do I need to do?
