2000 Ford Taurus Repair Question

Ford Taurus Gas Problem
I purchased the vechiel above without intake manifol gasket, o2 sensor, and bottom gasket for intake and sealant. Based on mechanics thorogh observation he concluded tht oil is good with no signs of liquid mixed in it, transmission fluid looks good also. The next day I bought all the parts needed for repair, my questio will it start well once everything is put?

no clue?? your mechanic saw it and would be better answering this question. we have no idea of the condition of the motor.
my question is why is it all apart and why did you even buy it that way not running
