checked all plugs and wires again but still hardly runs

I have a ford ranger 4x4 with a 3.0 I changed plugs and wires gapped plugs at.044 and made sure wires went back in the same place now misses bad and check engine light is on. Any ideas whats wrong.

check for proper output from the coil, check for vacuum leaks, the injectors need to be checked as well as fuel pressure and lastly, the cat converter may be clogged.

It ran great till i changed the wires now it just misses and pops.

check the attachment for the correct firing order.
