Your truck will support them how it will react all depends on the tire size itself. Now what tire size is stock? What tire size will you being using on the 20 inch wheels? I will be able to tell you what it will do to you speedometer and the gear ratio to help you with how your truck will react. Also automatic or manual trans?

What size adapter will my truck need for my 20 inch hundred spoke wheels, the size now it says is 4.5, 5/4.7, 5/5 they are just a little to small for my truck, my truck is a 2000 ford f150 2wd

You should not need any adapter they wheels should come to fit the trucks bolt pattern. As for tire size on the door or in the glove box should give you like P235/75R-15 or something like that, what will the new tire size be P?-?R-29? Still need to know manual or automatic transmission? Is there anyway you could give me the rear end gear ratio? With this info I can tell you what you need to do so your speedometer will read correctly and the trans will still shift right.

What is my lug pattern for my truck, I have 2000 2wd 5 lug ford f150. I need to buy new wheel adapters and the size they have is 5/135 so I want to know if that will fit my lug partern if not what will? Please let me know the my lug pattern or diameter or measurements of my lugs thanks.

I will give you your lug bolt pattern however I am against adapters as that weak point just saying. I would buy wheel with the correct pattern which any good tire store will know. It is 5 on 135mm.
