I am trying to help a friend with his 2000 F150, I know him well, and I know he tried to take the best care of his vehicles as much as he possibly can. He fills it with gasoline, he uses oil, you know, the general upkeep, but for the past week or so it has just started putt putting. We know this is unusual for a vehicle, but this is REALLY unusual to come out of nowhere. I know it's not very detailed or specific, but what are some things I could possibly do to fix this?

Its actually pretty common for a engine to start missing out of nowhere could be spark plugs are worn or even spark plug wires are starting to break down. Are there any codes in the computer? How many miles on the engine?
