Ford F-150 Engine Problem

I have a 2000 Ford F150 V-6 4.2L engine. I just replaced 4 of the plastic clips that hold the two linkages on the IMRC. I did this by removing the intake manifold to get to the IMRC. I replaced manifold gasket, vacuum hoses, fuel hose and reassemble everything back. Checked all my electrical connections and made sure that all other items were in place and correct. The problem is the truck won't start! My questions is: is there specs or settings when replacing these plastic clips to actuator and valve control?

Thanks
