How to remove the header panel on a 2000 ford excursion
The header panel was cracked after an accident.

you'l have to look for screws on the trim panels going upthen there will be pop out clips to remove. if removing whole headliner you'll have to take out one of the windshields as they are not installed until after headliner is in.
